Celebrating Cervical cancer awareness month of 2022 in January, OHISD added their voice to advocate for the elimination of this deadly disease that affect mostly women from least developed and developing countries. Also, OHISD campaigned and raised awareness on the existence of a vaccine to prevent this pathology in young girls and also encouraged communities to carry out routine screening for cervical cancer as recommended by WHO.
